The Effective Leadership Institute (ELI) offers in-depth educational tools for developing and enhancing personal leadership skills. For both seasoned executives and those new to leadership roles, ELI provides the tools and self-knowledge to become a stronger, more effective leader.

Each participant will analyze his or her personality and its effect on leadership style and learn how to leverage it in personal and professional endeavors.

Offered in a classroom setting in partnership with Cook Ross, Inc., ELI coursework will focus on communication, team-building, emotional intelligence and diversity. The ELI Initiative is offered one day each month from January 2011 to June 2011.
