LGW’s Effective Leadership Institute Effective Leadership Institute (ELI) is a new program being offered by LGW in response to the community’s needs for a program focusing on leadership skills development. Regardless of what stage you are in your leadership, this course will provide you with the tools and self knowledge to become a more strategic and inspirational leader with strong capacities in communication, team-building, emotional intelligence and diversity. You will also get an in-depth understanding about your personality, how it consciously and unconsciously affects your leadership style, and how to leverage it in your personal and professional endeavors. ELI is facilitated by Howard Ross, Chief Learning Officer for Cook Ross, Inc. and one of the nation’s leading diversity training consultants and a nationally recognized expert on diversity, leadership, and organizational change.
